Gracious Living Constructions was established in February 2001 by Matthew Smith and Darren Goodwin. Between the two directors the company has over 40 years building experience in the ACT Region with both directors being individually licensed builders.

We offer a range of flexible and varied home designs to cater for most lifestyle requirements that can built on your land or ours. We will also build individual designs should one of our plans be unsuitable to meet your needs or should you desire a more customized home.

Our team of professionals take a more hands on approach and oversee the construction process as well as being available to owners to attend to queries. Our aim is to build quality project homes whilst providing a boutique style service.

Peter Hawke joined Gracious Living Constructions in 2008 as the company Sales Manager. Peter has over 20 years new home experience in the Canberra region. Peter is also a licensed builder, a qualified Architectural Draftsman and Energy Rating Assessor, providing clients expert advice on their new home needs.

Gracious Living Constructions is a member of the Housing Industry Association and Master Builders Association as well as accredited “Greensmart Professionals”.
