The best feature of this plan is that the kitchen divides the formal and informal living areas, whilst looking out over a covered outdoor area. Generous sized rooms and an open plan make this a must consider. Excellent when North is to the side but will also suit North to the front or rear. As our narrowest plan the Burdekin series lend themselves to most narrow blocks.
