Gracious Living Constructions was established in February 2001 by Matthew Smith and Darren Goodwin. Between the two directors the company has over 40 years building experience in the ACT Region and both directors are individually licensed builders.

We offer a range of flexible and varied home designs, these designs can be built on your land or ours. We will also quote individual designs should one of our plans be unsuitable to your needs or should you desire a more customized home.

Gracious Living is a member of the Housing Industry Association and Master Builders Association. In addition both directors of the company are also accredited “Greensmart Professionals”.

Gracious Living uses only quality suppliers and our team of contractors are reliable, qualified and assist us to achieve a quality finish.

Both directors are hands on and personally oversee the construction process as well as being available to owners to attend to queries or concerns. Our aim is to build quality project homes whilst providing a boutique style service.
